Ingredients: Pork, chicken stock, carrot, red kidney bean, great northern bean, lima bean, onion, red wine, leek, french shallot, olive oil, potato starch, cumin, pimenton, garlic, thyme, parsley, black pepper.
A small serving will feed a single adult.

Heating Instructions:
Unlock the lid and cover, if frozen defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted, microwave for 3 minutes. Stir well and return to microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.Gluten Free
