Over the years of entertaining friends and family with my food, recipes I have made, collected and Chinese specials from my Dad, uncle Bill who was an executive chef specialising in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines.

Gourmet meals are flash frozen after cooking in blast freezers to lock in freshness and flavour. All you have to do is reheat and eat!
