Juicy Chuck Beef slowly simmered with Kimchi to create a wonderful winter warming Korean Classic. Serve with rice.

Ingredients: Chuck Beef, Kimchi, Water, Daikon, Carrot, Tofu, Enoki Mushroom, Garlic, Gochujang, Sesame oil, Fish Sauce, Chinese Rice Wine, Light Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, Gochugaru.

Heating instructions:

Unlock the lid and cover, if frozen defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted, microwave for 3 minutes. Stir well and return to microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.
